By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Packaging

  • Textile works are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped either rolled or folded in a sturdy box. Unless specified otherwise, hanging dowels are not included.

  • Artworks on paper are shipped flat, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and supported by rigid cardboard layers to ensure safe delivery.

  • Kits are sent in a sturdy cardboard box and wrapped in packing paper for added protection.

Delivery Services
All parcels are sent using a tracked service, either via postal mail or courier, depending on the parcel's size and destination.

  • UK Orders: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.

  • Rest of the World: Delivery typically takes 10 days to 2 weeks. However, delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 1 month for international orders, particularly for time-sensitive purchases.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot provide specific advice on these costs or accept responsibility for them.

Digital Products

Access and Delivery
Digital products (e.g., e-books and tutorials) are delivered via email immediately upon purchase. A download link is provided via Dropbox, and you do not need to create an account, pay additional fees, or download an app to access your files.

  • Please download your digital product immediately after purchase to avoid any access issues.

Video Tutorials
Video tutorials included with digital products are accessed via links provided in the e-book. These videos are privately hosted on YouTube for your convenience.

Usage Policy
When purchasing a digital product, you agree to use it for personal purposes only. Digital products, including e-books and video tutorials, must not be shared, reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed in any way. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Refunds and Returns

Non-Refundable Items
All purchases are final, and items are non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs to represent items as closely as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.

Faulty Items
In the rare instance that your item is faulty, please contact me at info@rebekahjohnston.co.uk with details of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
